Default gauge cluster...again...

So, I can't find my old post I did about this subject but my gauges weren't working. I took out the fuses and replaced them. They seemed to work when I started my car right afterwards...

Okay, but now, every time I start my car...the gauges aren't working again. I'll drive it for maybe like a minute. Turn off my car...restart...and THEN it starts to work. I really don't understand what's going on. It's like my car has to be warmed up before those damn things start to work. What's up with this mang?

Default How old is...>

The battery? Might be below voltage specs. Check the Volts across the terminals and report back!..
