Default What worries me now is that my block 32 partial throttle reads from -7% to -8% but>>

my spark plugs are white and so are my O2 sensors. So my car thinks it's running rich, but is actually running extrememly lean?

Default Compensating...>>

For a Vac leak possibly. Minus numbers are a rich CORRECTION based on a determination that the A/F , measured at the 02's and MAF, is too lean. Plugs and 02 are telling you that. Done the 02's yet? Vac leaks can be hard to track down and will not show up with a pressure tester. replace both the FPR and Combi valve lines as a matter of course. They're usually the first to go..

Default Will I be able to put a hand pump to the hoses at the FPR and combi valve>>

to properly check for vac leaks? Just out of curiosity, don't those hoses get pressurized when doing a boost test? Also, any other hoses I should look at that aren't covered by the boost test? TIA!!!

Default Just replace them..

No they don't get tested. A few bucks worth of 3.5mm silicone will eliminate that potential problem..

Default Will I be able to get to the bottom connections without removing the manifold?

I can't seem to figure out where the hoses run to, any tips here will be great, thanks!

Default I think he wanted to see the reverse which is what boost he maintains with the compressor outlet

pressure port hooked up directly to the wastegate actuator. So his test is appropriate - unplugging the connector. This is because the default state of the n75 is bypass.

I'm with Steve that it's somewhere in the wastegate or actuator.
