Default Getting the runaround by one of our resident vendors . . .

How much leeway should I give . . . order placed in december, first delivery of order was wrong and damaged. replacement delivery never happened and I can't get a return phone call or email.

the $$$ is minimal, but the frustration is definately setting in

I'm reluctant to say at this point only because they have a very good rep around here (that gives it away though, doesn't it) and the fact that it's a somewhat trivial item.

strat and a freakin trunk mat

I know its not their fault, its the mat manufacturer, but I have to go through strat to get it resolved and they aren't makeing it easy.

yeah I know, my other experiences with them have been great. Just frustrated by this one. Too much effort for a freaking trunk mat if you ask me.
