Got a call from the dealer today telling me it was time for my first service and they had an opening
for next week if I would like to bring the car in. They said it would only take 30-45 minutes, and that I was welcome to wait if I didn't want to leave it. Sounded great to me.
(Oh, did I mention that this was for the 'other' vehicle? Yup, unfortunately this wasn't a kudo for any of our local Audi dealers here.)

Got THAT right! Yeah, after I got the call I said to MTT that it was too bad that Audi couldn't ...
provide the same level of service Mitsubishi does (on a free vehicle, no less).
