Had mine for 3 years...love it! It will become a part of you! One tip...
Never turn the volume all the way down. Set your mute volume to a "just audible" tone & use it. Explescialy if you talk on the phone while driving. I've had many close calls where I had turned the volume down & forgot, only to see a cop up ahead. Let's just say you come to depend on the reassuring "chirps". Try finding one of those radar trailers that tell you your speed & make a few runs past it. Get the feel of what kind of warning you get before it locks on to you.
