Default Group Buy Pricing On Phone Mount- Please Let Me Know Of Interest!

A number of you have expressed interest in purchasing a phone mount for your TT (or other Audi). The vendor I am dealing with makes the mount for the US passenger side (even though the photo shows the driver's side) and can do them in different colors shown on the link below. Pricing including shipping to the US is:

Quantity 1 - 4 = $92.95
Quantity 5 - 8 = $85.95
Quantity 9+ = $79.95

These are with the exchange rates through AmEx which aren't the best, so the final price may vary a little depending on exchange rates. Right now, I have around 5 people who are interested, but would really like to get to the 9+ level. Please send me an e-mail if you are interested. Colors and a photo are listed on the page linked to below. Thanks!

Phone Mount Site

Default Questions: One the website it is shown on the left side of the TTT...

is it reversible to fit an American TT properly?

Also, all they are selling is the pad. Phone mounts are extra. How much are they and if we don't buy the phone mounts from them where do I get one? How does the phone mount attach to the pad so I know what to look for?

Thanks,

Yes, the phone mounts are US spec. As for your second question, you will have to purchase the actual phone holder separately from your local cell phone retailer or from the web. It all depends on the type of phone or PDA that you have.

Default Thanks Amesh...You are correct

That the version that they are making for us is for the US passenger side. They are selling the mounting pad that snaps into the place of the current black Audi pad on the aluminum console rail. Amesh is correct that you have to buy the actual cradle from your local retailer ($15-$40) and then screw it into the mounting pad.

Thanks, guys. I'll pass. Too much invention needed for almost $100 spent.

I will discount it if someone wants it. I bought it for R&D, never installed. Drop me an e-mail. -Pete

Stratmosphere
