Guilty of a very, very silly "mod"...
I couldn't help myself. There I was, in WalMart of all places, just browsing the auto section when I came across these GE blue colored mini automotive marker bulbs... the exact same size bulb (5W, 12V) for my mini side markers (the small rectangular units behind the front wheel arches). So yeah, I now have blue colored side markers to match my blue interior. Silly indeed! %)
PS - I'll try to take a pic of them near dusk (if I can catch a "blink" that is) and post later, can hardly see them in daylight.

Been pulled over once for this. Its illegal to have anything else other than Dot approved lighting.
Apparently the blue is suppose to mean police officer. The other colors are....
Red - emergency cars
Orange - constuction
blue Police
green - firetrucks(don't see this, but thats what it written)
Hm...purple isn't taken. Neither is black light.
