gn/ge meaning it's green/grey wire. i don't see pin 3 on page 8, probably somewhere else. Also i see the A108 inside the circle, and it said Connector (speed signal) instrument panel wiring harness... i'm thinking, that i need to tap into pin 3 which is the speed output 1 and the color wire is almost the same as the one on the back of the radio plug.

so bad asking all these stupid questions however i refuse to bring this out to any installer. i have bled for this already and i'm not stopping until it's done.

I hope so but I still think that pin 28 is the correct wire. I hope I am wrong.

The Bentley has some of the worst (and confusing) wiring diagrams I have seen. Better repair manuals have a section where they explain how to read them. I'm not a big fan of the rest of the Bentley either.

Anyone who is determined to not use an installer gets instant respect from me and I am always willing to help where I can for someone I respect.

want to share the info. can't beat something out of someone if they choose not to help. i'm tellin you right now and it's a frikin promise, once i got everything working out 100 percent correctly, i'm going to write a complete detail how to for future people to use. this is compeletely horse craps... how frikin hard can it be to tap into the correct wire!!!!

I also need help with color codes, my 3 pin connector which connects to the VSS is gone. I want to splice another 3-pin connector to fix it but I don't know which color wires go to which pin. Please help.
