Default H & R problem !

I had my tt on the lift to do the rear brakes when I noticed that the rear springs bottom out. Does anyone else have this problem with the H&R/bilstien combo?

According to H&R's website:

"Dead or Inactive Coils: Coils, which are in contact with adjacent coils at loaded height. Inactive coils do nothing but give the spring enough free length to stay tight in the spring perches at full rebound."

They must've been put in improperly if they look loaded when the car's on a lift. Call H&R tech support--they'll help you.

http://www.hrsprings.com/site/technical/index.html

The printing of the spring number should be right side up if they were installed correctly
