Had a flat tire, drove a couple blocks on it flat...would that do any permanent damage to it...
It went 100% flat and I had to drive about three blocks to pull off and change the tire. I took it home and filled it with air and it is holding, I think I have a bad valve stem, but my real question is...should I have any concerns about the integrity of the tire? I really do not feel like buying new front tires for the car.

Thanks, I still have the tire off the car, so I guess I should have them show me what the inside
of the tire looks like? If nothing obvious is visible (and it drives OK after it goes on) I guess I assume it is safe? I do drive at rather high speeds on the interstate so I am worried about its performance as it heats up and gets stressed. I know they will see the opportunity to sell me new tires. Which I really do not want to do yet. I still have good tread life on the fronts and one day I want to replace all 4 at once with something besides the OEM rubber.

Having had the same thing happen to me on 225-45-17s on an Eclipse I had, I would be seriously skeptical about using that tire again. The problem is that the sidewall is so short that the rim of the tire collapses onto either the sidewall turning in, or on the inner face of the tread area. Think of the weight of that corner of the car pushing down on the two outside rims and rolling over the rubber for 3 blocks. Even though it might hold air, what has been done to the structural integrity of the tire? What are you risking at 70mph (or more, depending on how you drive) if centrifugal forces make it come apart?
Just my two cents, but I ruined two BFG TransAm ZR1s in one day, at $180 apiece. (why is a whole 'nuther long story that made me skeptical about BFG)

Sorry, even if there is no *visible* damage, I'd be hesitant. the wheel rim could have damaged...
cords *inside* the side wall of the tire.
you really need to look inside first.

Agree, new tire it is...I drive way too fast to chance it...so both new fronts for
even tread...I have the OEM tires...so now what should I replace them with? I guess I will be mixing the brands front and back for awhile till the rears wear out.
