I am used to a rear wheel drive car and therefore am very familiar with the best way to corner in such a car. But what are the characteristics of a 4-wd car in comparison? What I mean is should I expect over- or under-steer from my 225bhp Quattro TT? Would you expect the rear or front or neither to break-away if speed too high through corner? What about if it's wet? And so on.
And the implication of all this is what is the "recommended" way to corner in such a car? I am not a racing driver nor have I any desire to be one but it would be nice to know what the right way is to corner at higher speeds. Slow-in and fast-out? Any SENSIBLE and knowledgeable advice or thoughts welcomed!

I've always been advised "slow in, fast out" is the best way to corner regardless of car set-up. The correct entrance speed is the key and is dependant on the tightness of the corner. Whatever you do, you should try not to lift off mid corner or you will throw the back end out.
It would be interesting to know if anyone has managed to flip out their TT - hopefully without disasterous consequences.
