Default Head Bolt Install Question

I was installing the head on the car today. Everything was uneventful and I got all the head bolts torqued to spec following the bolt sequence. When I did the added 180 degree turn, one of the bolts acted differently than the others. It screached slightly and turned roughly, felt sort of like the old ones did comming off during the initial turn. Should I be concerned? Can I just remove and retorque one bolt?

You should be fine removing that bolt and retorque it. Use a NEW bolt.
