ok guys, i really need your help this time. my friend wants to get a convertable, she absolutely loves my coupe, but doesnt want to spend more than 20 or so. shes really leaning toward a mustang (begging her not to) besides the whole need a winter car thing. so anyone have any other ideas? im stumped

There are plenty of options for the used car market.

I don't know how much it is but the VW bug just came out in its convertible form.

why not a 180fwd?
you should be able to get a used one near her price range with not too many miles.
not enough power for her?

If it is a roadster she is after then keep looking. The TT debuted the roadster as an 01 model it would be next to impossible to get one for 20 grand. -Doug

Default On Ebay I been seeing some deals on used.....

Cheapest I saw tonight was $18,800 with buy it now - 2000 180HP 2WD COUPE, 25999 miles
there are other ones around $20K too.
