I just spoke to Europa and got some good tips to get me going. I'm actually in NJ, but my girlfriend is in Cleveland, hence the number (we have a shared plan).

Are you in Cle, where at? I'll be moving out there at some point this summer

as TT_Nuge pointed out, he's putting S8 wheels on a TT. TT is 5x100 pattern, S8 is 5x112.

Default Sears works, anything is better than nothing but Craftsmen is decent

Some of their mechanical type Torque wrenches don't have the lifetime warrenty or at least didn't in the past so be sure to read the label. Otherwise in the lower end they're all going to be fairly similar and have similar tolerances.

But the best tool is information. Read and search whenever possible.
