Hi guys.

Need a little help locating the sensor.
Also. There is some confusion to which sensor is the correct replacement for early 2000 model TTs. Whether it is the D shaped (green) or the square shaped (blue) one.

I have the bentley cd as well.. I could not locate the sensor. Anything to get me on the right track would be great.

early build TT = square, blue sensor which is actually a B5 A4 sensor. i originally bought the green sensor from ecstuning.com under their advice, but after locating the sensor, i found it was the square, blue sensor.

it's easy to find after pulling off the correct covers. just have something to catch the coolant with, or have some on hand to top off.

email me if you need further information. i'm sure i could dig up the part number if needed. easy to replace.
