Default HELP!!! Intermittent Fuel Gauge

5 visits to the dealer and it's still not fixed. Fuel gauge appears to be accurate sometimes, but when it's not, it's always reading high (or full). Any ideas? 2000 TTQ.

Default Same problem, 7 times, never fixed.

Sorry to hear this problem is still around. I had a '99.5Q and had them replace the fuel sending unit 7 times. The last one had held out for 4 months or so when I sold the car.
If not declare it as a lemon, you should at least attempt to get an extended warranty period.

Dealer replaced instrument cluster 3 times and has replaced fuel sender units (yes, there are two). Have called AoA, but not written. Problem that I have is that it quits malfunctioning when I take it in! The dealer is trying (drove it 2 days with instrumentation connected)...it's really frustrating! Thanks for your inputs!
