Default You no longer exist to me

;-)

getting new stuff is fun, and I'd love to have a B5 or B6 S4, but... I don't think I'd give up my TT for it. Yes, the S4 is bigger and faster, and even though it's hard to pin down the exact reason, I just like everything about the TT, even the quirks.

Default Car's can make you fickle>>>>

as new one's come to the market, that pique your interest, you start to feel the TT is "old"..or no longer fresh. The problem is, we are all spoiled!
You have been around long enough Adam to see many leave the TT fold, only to return stating "in driving <insert car name/brand here>, i found the TT drawing me back. The combination of design, fit and finish, 4wheel drive and overall performace are a tough combination to beat".

If you do sell it, you will be back. The car will call you...you will see other TT's on the road and be miss what the whole package presents.

So with that...save the trip away and back..keep it...enjoy it...mod it...get an 4 door Accord if you need space....to recreate what you have done will be impossible..and like all fad's the feeling for a new car too shall pass.

Just my pennies worth! ;-)

Why were you thinking of selling it?

Default Find a way to hang on to it >

Fwiw, in hindsight I wish I'd kept every car I'd ever owned - you never really get enough to justify the sale. I promised myself not to make that mistake with the TT. Try to afford both if you can, but I'd guess after some time, it'll be the S4 you want to part with - "it's just not very UNeeK..."

Default How about gas prices?

I heard the current S4 is worse than its advertised MPG.

Default "I have had it in the garage for a few days, and took it out last night and had a blast!"

that should be reason enough!

Default The S4 is no head turner...>>>

yeah its got some power, but what is power if you don't have style. Sorry to be so opinionated but styling is 50% of the equation for me....granted, that is just me!

Default A B5 S4 is going to take just as much $$ and time to modify and it still won't be the same as.......

what you have. I would either hold out for the next generation TT or get a B6 S4. Good Luck.
