When I start up my 2001 TTQ 225 (which barely any miles on it) the tach and the speedo will stick at zero for 15 minutes or so. Sometimes it will start working if I turn it off and on again after that amount of time...some times not.
Any ideas what it could be?

A lazy or sticking tach is consistently a sign of a failing battery. This is the first I have heard of the speedometer sticking too but if the battery is old I would try a new one. I have had three on my 2001 including the original.

Even if I have charged the battery fully? I'll try that.
