Default HELP! My TT is covered with paint overspray! Suggestions for removal? (more inside, thanks)

Hey everybody, long time no post...

My neighbor was painting his motorcycle in the partitioned garage bay next to mine and the overspray found its way into my garage and onto my TT. Our garages are separated by wood planking with some obvious gaps...
The car is covered by what seems to be fine dust -looks like normal grime on close examination but it doesn't seem to come off like dust would. It feels a bit sticky. My windshield has a smeary film on it that wouldn't come off with the squeegee-it makes visibility not so good esp. driving into the sun....
Any suggestions for best way of removal from the glass and painted surfaces?

Thanks!

Default Road tar remover, followed by clay bar. Buy a sack of white rags at a paint store

and only use them once with the tar remover.

If it's still sticky, de-natured alcohol or mineral sprits will remove it.

sure, nothing short of lacquer thinner will harm it. It will take any wax/polish off however.
