Default Help! No boost!

Just installed GIAC chip, Hyperboost DV, AWE boost gauge ... am getting only 5# boost wot. I thought my 180 before chipping was a little anemic, but could my turbo be going? Advice, please? Vacuum is 20" at idle, so I don't think I have a vac leak.
Have VW maf, Borla exhaust installed.

I just installed ECU after chipping. It was out 2 days. It should have been cleared. I did let it throttle adapt (about 30 sec.)

Default Done...same result

OK, rebooted ecu, throttle adapt 5 min.; same 5psi max. Pulls smoothe up to 5# and levels off all the way to redline, any gear. Unplugged maf...same 5#.

Default Did you touch the N75 at anytime?

It sounds like the wastegate is not working like it should.

No, nothing to the N75. I thought it might be N75. Do you know what the failure mode of the N75 is? It does sound like the wastegate opening prematurely. It's strange that it's constistent at 5#.

I've checked everything...no apparent leaks. Could it be the wastegate controller? It has a diaphragm in it, correct? Appreciate the input.
BTW, great sig!

Default 5psi is common if the N75 is not controlling the wastegate.

Check and see if one of the wires at the connector has been damaged.
