Default bottom line, integrity of your subframe is compromised, especially if you "bend it back." either

buy/install a new subframe ($$$ + PITA), buy/install a used one ($ + PITA), or find a shop that is willing to repair it in-situ. it may not look pristine when finished but you certainly don't want the subframe breaking there and letting your control arm loose. talk about a loss of control.... ouch!
