HELP! Update on Potenza Flat Tire: Bridgestone will be replacing ONLY 1 of the rears

Will this be an issue?
I've heard when replacing tires, you should NEVER replace just 1.
Should I push to get 2 tires replaced for the axle?
Or should I buy the matching pair?
I can't afford to buy a whole set now.
Please help
