Default help w/strange problem - water on drivers side floor

ok, I did a search but to no avail.
I have taken my TTR into the dealer twice. They cannot reporoduce or have any ideas on what is wrong.

Vehicle. 2001 TTR
Symptom. Driver side floor is soaked wet.
Occured twice in a 3 month period: non reproducable

It is NOT water coming from the sky or other outside forces. twice now, I get in my car, after not having driven for 3+ days, parked a dry car into a garage. after the 3 days, get in and the car is soaking wet. It is not rain, a leaking top, water coming in from below or the sides. It is not a spilled latte, water bottle etc. I don't know how far up the firewall it is.

Guesses from the dealer mostly stemmed from a leaking top or rain - but the two times it happened, it was not receiving any outside water sources.

The other somewhat plausable (sp?) guess is that the AC vent hose is getting clogged and blowing its top off inside the drivers compartment. ANYONE have this? or ideas I can share with the dealer?

I'd check to make sure the AC isn't draining into the cabin.
