Ditto my S4, email me as I may be able to give you some more insight
FWIW I am picking up an ALMS TT tomorrow to replace my S4. If you do it by the book they will help you out. Brad is totally right about not yelling, screaming, or cursing (at least not at the dealership people). AOA customer service isn't the best. However, when it came right down to it I had all the paperwork in order and they stepped up and did the right thing.
