Default High-Pitched Noise

Hello, everyone! I have run into a problem with my 2005 Audi TT Coupe and, after exhausting all searches online, have decided to create an account to pose this really really random issue. So, here it is.

I can hear really high-pitched noises (like when an old-school TV is on, but muted - yeah, please don't think I'm crazy). So anyway, I'm 90% sure that both the Bose system in my car and the instrument panel make this extremely high-pitched noise (albeit quiet) when the car is turned on (or in accessory mode). Let me know if anyone else has this issue. If you want me to detail all I've done to figure stuff out, I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but I understand that this is a very minute and specific question. Thanks, again!
