Is the HKS BV Blow-off valve applicable to the 225 TT, and how does it compare to the Bailey?

Nope... its a blow-off valve. Dumps to atmosphere. You have to use a diverter (bypass) valve.
Check archives, theres tons in there regarding this under diverter valve or bypass valve. There's also a group buy in process for a Bailey valve from England thru AWE/Todd in Philly.
