Honking sound..

I have replaced my OEM DV with a Forge DV... it had no problem for weeks.. however, I started to notice the honking sound again from 1000rpm to 3000rpm.. any suggestion?

I thought that I saw that even Forge updated their DV....anyone in the know?

I even somehow remember someone posting pic's of one of the aftermarket DV's one of which had a plastic piston & the other was aluminum I believe.
But then again my memory isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination!
