Default Horsepower per litre. I'm tired of car magazines talking about the S2000, the 911 Turbo and (more)

now the Subara WRX as having the highest output per liter. By my math the TT 225 has 125 per liter, which is bigger than all of them.

Let's all write to Motor Trend magazine.

Ya everything you mention has a higher hp/liter but they are turbocharged, S2000 is a NA motor.

Default Motor Trend 7/01 "WRX specific output rivalled by only the 911 Turbo's 115-hp per litre". Sometimes

they get it right, sometimes they don't.

Default They're usually talking about Normally Aspirated engines...

So our turbo's dont count.
Put a comptech supercharger on an S2k and you get 340HP.

Default then wouldn't that be a 911 Carerra, not a 911 turbo- confused. why would they say turbo if it isnt

I'm not a porsche buff. I've heard of the 911 Carerra and a 911 turbo. They are different cars, right, or am I missing something?

Is the 911 TURBO a Turbo? (my original question) I believe, yes. (I didn't ask is the 911 a turbo).
