there are plenty of variables that go into play. We used to run very thin sway bars when I was on the formula car team in school because we used a solid steel and kept the fulcrum points close. hollow would have required a larger bar due to the lessened torsion strength.

Is anyone else experiencing squeaking noises arising from the rear of the car with the neuspeed sway bar when going over speed bumps. This has been particularly noticeable (and annoying) during colder temperature.
Any remedies for this?
Incidentally, I also had Bilstein HD shocks placed at the same time as the Sway bar.
