Default treat it like a pan in the sink....soak!

When I'm washing, I repeatedly hit the front with some suds before I actually go to scrub it with my wash mitt. If your front end's all waxed up and you use this "soaking" method, you shouldn't need to use anything too abrasive to get them off. If you've "soaked" them for a while, when you go back to scrub it, they should come off pretty easily.

HTH,
Rich

Default P21S Total Auto Wash

I wasn't even sure the bugs were going to come off my car but this stuff worked great. Sprayed it on, let it set for about 15 minutes while I washed the rest of the car, and then the bugs simply wiped right off(in a really nasty paste of soap and bug guts).
