How do I remove the plastic nose piece behind the front license plate holder?

Default How do I remove the plastic nose piece behind the front license plate holder?
I have already drilled out the heads of the rivets that hold the front license plate on, but now I need to remove the back half of the rivets.

Default there are tabs all the way around that piece that you can press
in while pulling the piece off the car...
