Umm, eBay. They have a whole section and proceedure for this.

Default I couldn't seem to find where to address a live listing.
I might just have to call.

Then I'll call toronto police.

Default "address a live listing" ?? left side of the page, under "MY eBay", whole list of links,
'dispute Resolution' etc.
