How do people feel about the APR cat-back?
I think that it's the best looking system that I've seen, but it's also expensive so it would have to give pretty sizeable performance gains without making my car sound like a ricer for me to buy it.

I just installed the APR exhaust
I just installed this new resonated system on my car. I had a Jetex before. With the systems out of the car you can see the Jetex resonator is almost twice as long and much larger in diameter. The Jetex was louder then stock but not obtrusive. My friend has the Neuspeed and it is much louder. The APR went on relatively easy. The tips are close to perfect in location, the whole system could be moved over about 3/16" and one tip could be 3/16" higher. I have not had time to take it to a Muffler shop and have this adjusted. On my Jetex I had a shop install it and they had to do about the same amount of adjusting but then it was perfect.
The APR tips look Gorgeous! I always thought the twin ovals looked best. The down side is that even though it now does have a center resonator its noticeably loud in the cabin. It's in the same league volume wise as the Neuspeed but a different tone (2.5" versus 2.75" piping). The thing most annoying thing is a harmonic vibration when off the gas decelerating at 3300 rpm. I let my friend with the Neuspeed drive it and he didn't think it obtrusive at all. I might be over sensitive since I am used to it being quieter. On the other hand I really love the way it looks and don't want to give it up, plus I still don't have any problems talking on a headset so it must not be too loud.
