How do you fix cracked leather?

I have seen many TT seats that have this problem. Leather is not necessarily cracked, but it is just really worn. How do you make the seats look "new" again?

Its been my experience that it is very hard to restore leather to a like-new condition. The only thing you can do it try to PREVENT that (cracking) from happening by cleaning and conditioning your leather every couple months. If I were you I would clean the area with Audi leather cleaner, then condition it with Audi leather conditioner and hope for the best.

... I got my Audi dealer to fix it under my warranty at about 25,000 miles.
They found a guy who actually made it look like new. I don't have the details, but I could call them and find out who the guy was. I'm in Austin, TX (like my forum name suggest), so I don't know if that helps.
Just go to your Audi dealer and have them fix it if you are still under warranty.
