Default Stacked up, nothing between, foam on the bottom

The tires protect the rims just fine.

Default It's all from 1/2" pipe and fittings at HD......................

I will send you my autocad drawing converted to jpeg file.

Mine is pretty high and lifting 4ea, ~50lb wheel/tire combo can be just a bit tiring when changing to snow tires on 3 cars. Gotta head for the beer fridge in the garage pretty quickly after doing that.

This rack works great. You notice that I have chains with turnbuckles on the outboard side. You need to make sure the outboard side is much higher than over at the wall so you have plenty of slant on the wheel/tire when it is in the rack. You don't want a wheel to fall over and mar its face on the pipe.

I am going to take down a section and experiment with a single pipe coming out from the wall. I will be using 3/4" pipe for that and tilt upward at about 10 degrees. I may cover the pipe with PVC to help protect the center ring.

Default I have 12 wheels hanging on my wall. Rubber coated "hooks" from Lowe's/HD.

Different ones for different width wheels.
