how do you replace the intake pipe???

Default how do you replace the intake pipe???

I cannot get to where the turbo connects!

Default lean over the engine.....and reach down with two hands>>>>

you can do it...but it is tight.....PITA job, but if you can get a good grip on it, it will come off...

When putting the new hose on, lightly coat with edge of the hose with silicone.....it will slide on much easier.....do not over do it...it gets hot there and silicone in liquid form is flammable...;-)

he removed the hose by using a dog leash around the hose. This was accessed the the drives side fender well.....

When the answer is given, you got to read it all....come on now! ;-)

Default Hug your motor...>

It probably needs it..

Get your left hand down between the engine anf the firewall with a stubby 7mm ratchet in your hand. You have to workk completely by feel to loosen the clamp (you may need to remove the strut bar unless you're really skinny). Once the clamp is off, use the "rope trick" to pop the hose off if it doesn't on it's own...

Default im guessing audi engineers didnt have the tuner in ming when designing our cars

got the clamp completely loose, now the pipe won't come off

ps- tried the rope trick... failed
