Default You could probably set the laptop in the seat (passenger or back seat if you have a coupe)...

...And belt it in. Open the laptop and set it on the seat, then just use the seat belt. I'm not sure what you would do in a roadster with a passenger.

Default Wired mine down in the recess under the passenger's seat.

Computer overheated at VIR (95°F). Going to make a board up that is held in place using the rear seat belts. Thinkpad outlet vents were blocked by floor recess.
