They are different. If you want forge tips, and exhaust,
go for it.
The milltek starts at a higher price point. Some people are willing to get the milltek sound and tips for the extra $$.
You dont tell someone their used car price is too high because they can get a ugo for $112. Extreme example

Forge and Milltek are pretty much the same thing IMO. Just a matter of taste if you like the way one sounds better -- I don't believe there's a performance difference between the two. Doesn't justify a high re-sale price...
I'd gladly pay a bit more for a new exhaust that will be backed by the manufacturer / reseller.
Now, if I'm saving 50%, I'd be tempted, otherwise, probably not.
