I just replaced the battery of my Audi TT key, now it does not work. How could I reset the key?

try locking and unlocking the driver's side door manually with your key. then hit the lock or unlock button within one minute. it seems like that's how I did it when I replaced the battery in my key remote, but I can't find it on the net again. hope this helps

I tried it did not work, should I wait for a minute and press the lock or unlock button?

We're going to figure this out. Trying manually locking the driver's door and then press the unlock button on the key.

The locking and unlocking w manual key, then unlock with remote is the correct solution, Just verified it on my car. Perhaps should check that batteries are in right. Big + symbol in cap where flat side of batteries go.
