Are the HP numbers from Audi (180 and 225 respectivly) to the crank or wheels?

if you chosse a number...I've been told ~ (23%) loss...regardless of power levels

Default My car put down 150whp on a Mustang Dyno stock and 200 whp on a Dynojet stock

what is the percent I should use? Of course one was AWD and one was FWD - but that is a HUGE variance in numbers.
