Default same here....every freakin' mod but the one that does the most for the $ and is the easiest.

oh...and the mod anyone should do first on any '00 or '01 TT, is swap out the OEM piece of crap DV as they were known to fail in the first 4-5k miles! I can only say that noobs here need to study this forum including posts from the early years of the TT. Heck we were all noobs once with this car and that's how I learned...I'm still a noob in comparison to the gurus here.

Default It makes a nice difference... but few people have installed them the best way..

which is spraying both pre-IC and pre TB (or post TB sometimes to avoid issues).

The pre-IC one makes the IC MUCH more effective and can eliminate any heatsoak.

Default Quit talking out your ****

You keep talking about proof, show us some proof of damage from these mods Mr. Expert.

Ruining your tubro?? How, by running similar boost levels as chipped but having the boost actions and reactions smoothed out?

Running engine too lean? Where you hear that CusTTom? Most everyone's car runs a bit on the rich side, I'm running full ModShack Stage 3 and I get nice sooty tailpipes at the end of a tank of gas. I suppose now it's cuz they run too rich?

Engine knock? Never experienced it, never heard of anyone experieincing it running this combo.

You're full of it and talking out your **** and you don't have a clue. My car runs just fine, runs smooth and runs with more power. You sit there and tell me I didn't gain power, I felt it, I know what I felt. You prove it doesn't. You prove what you're saying is fact for once instead of just throwing out your opinions like facts.

Prove it, show me this damage you speak of. Show me anyone who's had damage because of it. Prove it or shut it.

Default Similar boost levels to chipped? Um.. no.. And learn something instead of talking out of your a$$

and similar is not the same... You're talking about an integrated system here.

Using some home depot valves as a boost controller to trick your chip is not a good idea.

If you're getting sooty tailpipes, that sums up even more why screwing with your system isn't working.

You wouldn't even know if you experienced engine knock.

Let's just keep watching guys turbo's go. Keep in mind who's turbo's go. Let's just watch.

You "felt" the power is the biggest piece of bullsh*t I've ever heard. It's so little, and dyno's have proven that.. that you COULDN'T feel it... that we do know.

Psychological response to spending a bunch of money is what you felt? Were you faster? Maybe, but only because your wallet was lighter. BTW.. prove that it makes power and does no damage. Can't do it? Oh yeah.. of course.

Default Who's turbo's have gone? What proof do you have?

You say a Company's products cuse engine damage, prove it. Show me what you say is true instead of just saying it and people should take it as proof. Why are you the expert? What are your sources? Where is the proof?

Of course there has never been home grown engineering and thinking in motorsports. A part has to have a stamp from a valid tuner of your recommendation on it to be worthy? What turbo's have let go? You're the one making the allegations, you prove what your saying is true. My proof is in that my engine isn't damaged and I haven't heard of it damaging anybody else's, you prove it is.

And BTW, my car ran rich when stock, got a little richer when REVO'd and has stayed about the same since. This isn't uncommon and is seen on chipped cars as well as others. You said the car would run lean and cause damage, and I call bull****. So now it's the rich that's the problem, just more proof you are talking out YOUR a$$.
