I can get the lower part of back seat out, I see the cd changer wire behind the panel in the center,

Default I can get the lower part of back seat out, I see the cd changer wire behind the panel in the center,

i have done a searched and bipes sites are down including pics. I do not think i have to take the top part of the back seat out.... but the side panel. there is an area near the center bottom that seems to be attached is this where the plastic screw is that holds the panel. How? thank you
