Default i did a search for the fog light mod>>>>>

and found some stuff....but here is my thing>>>

i have tried the switch mod (the one that you take apart the switch and mess with the two copper connector) and it was a royal failure (luckily i got CPO and they covered it....or else it would be a $100 failure)

so now i am wondering what other ways that i can get the fog light on when my parking lights are on (i dun need the fog to be on when my high beam is on...i just want it with the parking lights)

i think i saw something that you do by adding a external switch but i dun remember how that goes

please point me to the right direction

TIA

Default

Only way I've seen is to modify the existing switch.

Default I guess you could get an euro-spec switch

My car, in Mexico, comes with this switch. I can select either only city lights, city lighyts plus fogs, or city lights and fogs and main beams. The fogs go off with the high beam, though.

Default What do you mean by "royal failure"? Did you break the switch?

ECS sells a Euro switch, but I don't know if it will work in the TT, or what switch positions it yields...

If you send me your old switch, I can try to rebuild it if it is not too far gone...
