While I was going out to get lunch today, my turn signals stopped blinking... The hazard lights still worked, but not the turn signals...
When I left work, they were still not working... As I went to make one of the final turns of my trip home, they started working again... Strange...
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

At first I thought the problem was with the fuse; I checked it but seems ok. I phoned the dealer and he told me that the problem was probably with a relay. The problem occurs only once in a while, can be many days without having the problem, sometimes fixes itseft while driving!
The day I went to the dealer, when I left home, the flasher didn't work... great, it will be easy to show the problem; two streets before arriving, they started working again. Anyway, they didn't change the relay, said that the problem was with a faulty fuse.
Last week, a few days after the repair, the problem reappeared; since I work all day long with computer, I'm used to bugs, so for the last week, I tried to identify a pattern (temperature, order in which you activate appliance (radio, cd, heater etc), but so far I haven't found any pattern.
This afternoon, I realized that when you push the flasher's arm down or up, you can hear a CLICK coming somewhere inside the dash near the radio (I guess it's the relay?). Tomorrow I'm gone a call once again my dealer and ask this time that they change the relay.
Let me know if you find any long term solution.

There are some electrical bugs... I replaced my instrument cluster 'cause the radio display went off and after a week it was messed up again - the new one. So, I'm replacing it again in a coupla weeks... Also, it's been a while but passenger window wouldn't go up or down intermittently. It healed itself! I guess 1st- 2nd prod. year gives you such bugs. Still, not important enough to spoil your driving fun!
Corto

I called the dealer, as soon as it happened(or didn't happen) and he told me he has never heard it b4, I pulled over and used the keyhole to close it, after that, it fix the problem. Other electric problem are, my clock, trip, date would reset to zero and a different date(1992)
JasonC
