I have to tell you OxyClean is amazing stuff. I was sceptical of the ads, etc. but I bought a...
...small container when I was at a store a few weeks back and thought I'd give it a try. I actually forgot I had it but I had a stain to get out last night and it really worked. I had oiled the screw on my garage door opener a week or so ago and it had dropped some dark lubricant stains on the door while it was opened. I first tried using detergent and water on it and the stains were still there. Then I remembered that I had that container of OxyClean and so I rewet the spots and rubbed some OxyClean into them. I then scrubbed with a brush and rinsed with water. I was shocked to see the stains disolve like they were just mud or something. I know this reads just like a "testimonial" advertisement, but I am really impressed so far. We have a couple of carpet stains I'm going to try to get out this weekend with the stuff.

Based on my experience, I can only tell you....
....that this might be true if you hang them on your garage door before you clean oil stains off of it with OxyClean. :-P

I did attend his seminar on checking tire pressure....
...without inflicting bodily harm on yourself or others. Throughout those sessions, he made several humorous quips that I made note of and promised myself I would deploy later as circumstances might allow.

Funny you should mention this, I tried it too...
We have cats, and we live near a large woods and wetland.
Need I say that we have many small animal parts in the house from time to time?
This stuff really works on those poarticular nasty stains on the carpet.
(Why do cats always barf on the carpet, and not on the tile floors?)

According to a ballistics expert at NASA Ames, his PhD thesis "Feline Eructation Trajectories"
.. definitively concluded that cat-barf prefers a soft landing.
Re oxy-clean, is this just plain old oxalic acid? If so, I used to use it (sparingly) to clean teak decks on big sailboats years back. It removed the top microthin layer of grey dead wood and restored the honey gold teak colour we all loved.

Darn things are at the edge of 50 knots (57mph) moving at speeds 1 1/2 times the wind. My interest is peaked as this would be a blast on the Columbia river at Hood River.

http://www.windriderontario.com/</a
