Default I can understand the cost factor is the biggest hold up for the BT, so maybe you should

think about upgrading to a BMW 330 since you already know they are faster!!!!

Default You're a smart man.

I have an APR stgIII+ 225. It is a fast car, BUT...
it isn't '$10,000 bucks worth' faster than my maxed-out K04 setup was. Now if you were going from a stock 225 setup to a BT setup, then the difference in performance may justify the $$ it talkes to buy the kit and have it installed. Going from an unmodded 225hp to a BT's 383hp costs about $63 per horse added (based on APR'S stgIII+ kit and $3k install). Going from a maxed out K04 setup at say 295hp to 383hp costs about $114 per horse added. Now i'm not bashing BT cars. I love mine, and plan on keeping it for years to come. All I'm saying is that if you've already spent the money maxing out your K04, you may be better off saving that $10k for something else.

Default How's it going Corey? I see you picked up modding the Evo where you left off with the TT...

How much Hp are you pushing out it now? What was the name of the Cart place again? Feb looks wide open for me right now if we want to try and set that up. If we need extra people I am sure I can find a few non TT friends to join us.

Default Can't complain>>>

Yeah, I have already done some work to the Evo I'm pretty happy with it right now, a few more minor suspension mods and I will be done for a while. Might eventually upgrade the cams to get some better top end power but I'm very happy with how fast it is. It made 304awhp on a low reading Mustang Dyno (My TT made 218 awhp on the same Dyno). On a Dynojet it would probably make about 340awhp, it's pretty fast. Next time I see you you will need to take it for a spin.

Everything going well with you?

Default Everything is going good.....

The Bimmer is running good. About to put over 2k miles on it over the next week. I am going to my bothers house for Christmas, which means a little play time in the 911 Turbo if the weather is nice. What more can you ask for a Christmas present!!!

Thanks for the link. I have still never been there, so I am really looking forward to it.

Default No k04 maxed out is running 295hp on pump gas...........

and i've never seen any dyno's which showed stock then fully modified which would back it up. 275-280 maybe. 100 octane? Sure.

Default Not comfortable in one with a helmet on. I test drove the E46 M3 last year

and there just wasn't enough head room for me and a helmet. The TT looks smaller, but it has a lot more headroom.
