I read the article today in EC about the tuners challenge in germany
290 hp Hohenster TT beats a 480hp gemballa Boxster by 2 seconds I recall...Something to mention to the nay sayer who claim the TT aint a true sports car...

beat the boxster by 2 seconds doing what?
Nurenburg? 1/4mile? 0-100? not familiar with the euro challenge.. what else did the TT have or was it all just engine mods?

I thinkn it was hockenheim....track record is somewhere in the area of 1 min 13 by a GT3
The 290 hp TT did it in 1 min 15....boxster showed up a bit later at 1 min 18...Power is nothing without control it seems....

As I've said many times - right track with right conditions
and HP is not everything. On a straightaway my former Cobra would beat any TT here.... put a hairpin curve in the middle - and the TT woulda whooped my asssss
