What is the main difference between a 180hp and a 225hp tt? I understand the 6 speed and dual exhaust (I would prefer the 6 speed, but I can live with 5) but as far as engine power, is it simply boost or a different turbo? I look at the chips for the cars and I notice that the 225 gets a bit more with the modifications but the K04 kits seem to have the same output, so its the 225 a different turbo? Thanks

Stage III for $4,500 gets you 340 crank w/ 100 oct, and 290 on pump. You can get used 180s for peanuts now ($19-$20K)

in the meantime as I am trying to pick up a StgIII kit I wouldn't mind having a chipped 225... and I wouldn't call 20K peanuts!!!
