Default I think my alien (RIP) mounts are touching my FMIC hoses...

If I take the nose off, are the mounts easy to
remove?

Default Excellent advice ... !

There's some black plastic directly below the
doors on the inside of the nose piece- I imagine
these are supports for the aliens, but I'm not sure.
Anyhow, these are indeed touching the hoses (on each
side), but just. They're probably not doing any harm.

Here's the worst case - on the passenger side:

Those dents in the Samco were "supposed" to be for alien clearance....

Well, the driver's hose has a dent and touches less; the passenger side was not originally dented!
