Ok, thanks for the input. After digging around myself, I found that the sensor is behaving correctly

Only way to know for sure though is to sample it faster...hope I don't have to go as far as hooking a scope up to it. If it has carbon deposits on it, it might swing back and forth a lot slower (which my graph would indicate), but since I'm undersampled, who knows. Maybe everything will be fine when I pick it up tonight
